06-12.2018 With training for work with children victims of abuse, the cycle of 10 qualification courses of mutual interest for representatives of social structures from Bulgaria and Romania ended. More than 200 specialists from both countries took part in the training sessions. See more

The event was hosted by the Centre for Work with Street Children, the guests were from Emergency Center for Street Children (Drobeta Turnu Severin), and the subject - "Methods for Working with Street Children - Informal Mathematics". 27-29.11.2018 The first meeting of the Ever Schools project partners, funded under Erasmus+ programme, strategic partnerships, took place in Charleville-Mezieres, France. The purpose of the meeting was project planning and distribution of responsibilities between the participating organizations from France, Portugal, Poland, Italy and Bulgaria (FYC).
08-09.11.2018 The team of social service Centre for work with street children (which provider is FYC) has passed a two-day course in using non-formal math education methods for children with learning problems. See more
08-12.10.2018 Representatives of the FYC participated in a study visit and youth forum in the town of Larashe, the Kingdom of Morocco, within the YouthEd project. 25-26.06.2018 With the training on "Resilience approach in working with children and families" at the Hemus Hotel, Vratsa started the cycle of 10 joint trainings for social service specialists from Bulgaria and Romania under the project "Regional Network for Social Cohesion". See more
18-23.06.2018 In Stavanger, Norway, à training for youth workers under the YouthEd project was held. The training aimed at foster quality improvements in youth work by running competence building of youth workers and potential youth workers and share good practise on the issue of migrants/refugees in a school setting. Representatives of the FYC shared their experience in working with minority groups. See more
08.06.2018 The cycle of 10 meetings for exchange of experience on topics of common interest between Bulgarian and Romanian specialists in the social services sector from across the border region was completed. Their implementation was part of the Regional Network for Social Cohesion project, where the FYC is a leading partner. The next activity is to organize 10 joint training sessions. See more
24-25.05.2018 In Stavanger, Norway, the first partner meeting under the YouthEd project was held, in which besides Free Youth Centrer were the hosts from Norway as well as organizations from Spain, Turkey and Morocco. The project focuses on sharing experiences among partners in their work with migrants and ethnic minorities. See more
03-04.05.2018 In Lousada, Portugal, the forth meeting of InforMath project partners took place. The participants discussed the progress of the project and planned the activities at the final stage, including dissemination measures. The main objective of the project is the use of non-formal mathematical methods in youth centers. See more
19-20.02.2018 The first joint meeting for exchange of experience between the social services specialists from the Bulgarian-Romanian border region took place in Belogradchik. The topic of the meeting was "Social Services for Children with Deviant Behavior and / or Conflict with the Law". See more
08-09.02.2018 ÇA final conference on the project "Mooving Borders for Volunteering" took place in Zajecar, Republic of Serbia. The Forum reported project implementation and results, planned the future of the network of volunteer centres and shared good practices in engaging young volunteers. See more

The agenda of the meeting included visits to volunteer centres, social service activities, and volunteer-related discussions. See more
