The National Authority for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Children and Adoptions is being reorganized

27.11.2021 The National Authority for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Children and Adoptions is reorganized by partial division, and the Authority for the Protection of Persons with Disabilities and the Authority for the Protection of the Rights of the Child and Adoption will be established.

The Authority for the Protection of Persons with Disabilities takes over the activities, positions, related staff and the corresponding patrimony in the field of protection and promotion of persons with disabilities.

The Authority for the Protection of Persons with Disabilities is subordinated to the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity and is headed by a President with the rank of Secretary of State and a Vice President with the rank of Undersecretary of State, appointed and released under the law.

As a result of the partial division, the National Authority for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Children and Adoptions changes its name to the Authority for the Protection of the Rights of the Child and Adoption and becomes subordinate to the Ministry of Family, Youth and Equal Opportunities, in the field of child protection and adoption.

The Authority for the Protection of the Rights of the Child and the Adoption is headed by a President with the rank of Secretary of State and a Vice-President with the rank of Undersecretary of State, appointed in accordance with the law.
