The beneficiaries of the social services provided by the Counseling and support center for the child who commited criminal offences and who is not criminally liable are:

  • children who have committed criminal offenses and are not criminally liable and for whom a special protection measure has been established - specialized supervision;
  • the natural, extended or substitute family, as the case may be, of the child who has committed a criminal offense and is not criminally liable;
  • another legal representative of the child who has committed criminal offenses and is not criminally liable;
  • the local community.
