PHARE Protected residence provides social services according to the identified individual needs: care, recovery, rehabilitation, reinsertion, social protection for adults with disabilities from 18 to 65 years old, for a determined / indefinite period in order to overcome the situations of difficulty, social exclusion, promoting social inclusion, increasing the quality of life and promoting their rights in the community.

In order to achieve its goal, the center organizes and carries out the following activities:

• Information,
• Evaluation,
• Planning activities / services,
• Personal care,
• Health Care,
• Functional recovery / rehabilitation,
• Social and cultural activities,
• Social integration / reintegration,
• Accommodation and food,
• Rehabilitation and adaptation of the environment.

The social service: PHARE Protected residence operates in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Regulation on the organization and functioning of social service, regulated by Law 292/2011, Law 448/2006 and other secondary legislative acts in force.
