These include - food delivery at home, help in maintaining home hygiene and personal hygiene, helping to provide the necessary utilities to consumers who need it, household services.
Target group/s or clients :

• Persons over 60 years of age;

• Persons with 50% and over 50% reduced working capacity.

Home social patronage in the municipality of Veliko Tarnovo has a total capacity of 430 users divided into one main base and two subsidiaries:

• Base of Debelets with a capacity of 300 users;

• New village with a capacity of 80 users;

• Branch of Balvan with capacity of 50 users.

Short description:

Home social patronage of Veliko Turnovo municipality provides the following services to its consumers:

• Delivery of food at home;

• maintenance of personal hygiene and hygiene of the accommodation used by the user;

• Assistance to supply the necessary technical aids for disability or serious illness;

• help in communicating and maintaining social contacts, entertainment and activities at home and abroad;

• household services - purchase of food and essential necessities, payment of taxes, fees, payment of bills for electricity and heat, telephone, etc. with the user's resources;

• assistance for consultation with a GP and assistance for attending TEMP;

• administrative and legal consultations on problems related to social assistance;

• others.
