A family-type accommodation for children and young people is a new form of social service in the country aimed at children and young people who need care outside their family and support for independent living. This is a resident-type social service that is revealed based on an assessment of the specific characteristics of children and young people in the community and the needs of social services for potential users.
Target group/s or clients :

• Children up to the age of 18 who are unable to be raised in their biological family, family of relatives or relatives or foster family until they are placed in the Center;

• Persons from 18 to 29 years of age (young people) who cannot be supported in the family or lead an independent way of life.

Short description:

The family-type accommodation center for children and adolescents provides a suitable place for children / young people to live and family-friendly and child-friendly when it is in their interest.
The center consists of four detached houses with a capacity of 12 children / young people with disabilities and 2 more places for community children and young people. Children and young people living in the center are of different age, gender, degree of disability and level of autonomy.
The center creates a family-friendly environment in which children / young people receive the necessary individualized care, support for personal development and building skills for independent and independent living. The organization of life and activities in it is aimed at creating conditions and opportunities for children and young people to participate equally in the life of the local community.
