Shelter for neglected children - Ruse
Children from 6 to 18 years old whose parents are unable to take care of them;
Children, victims of abuse, violence, exploitation inside or outside the family;
Children who are at risk of harming their physical, mental, moral, social and intellectual development;
Wandering and begging children where the state of mindlessness is provoked by their families;
Children who have voluntarily left other childcare facilities or their home;
Children under police protection;
Children accommodated by a prosecutor's decree.
The objectives of the service are achieved by:
Creating motivation for attending classes and completing a degree. Prevention of deviant behavior. Formation of life skills for successful socialization. Building hygienic habits, forming a culture of nutrition and behavior. Supporting the learning process - organizing the self-training of the learners. Primary literacy of non-school children. Professional guidance and counseling of children applying for vocational high schools. Providing assistance for issuing documents - health insurance books, documents for resource support, etc. Providing health care - accompanying children during visits to a GP, dentist, specialist doctor. Providing psychosocial support and support. Working with the biological and extended family. Acquiring practical skills and skills. Group work on interests - art therapy, training, fine arts, music.
